Our keynote speaker is Hal Elrod, Author and Creator of The Miracle Morning, Hal Elrod is on a mission to elevate the consciousness of humanity, one morning at a time. His best-selling book has sold over 2 million copies.
Lisa Lisson – SVP of Hubs, Ramps, and Global Operations Control at FedEx Express. Author of “Resilience” and starred on “Undercover Boss”
Audrey Willis – Founder and current Board Member of CodeCrew. Inaugural 2023 Obama Leader and Entrepreneur that raised capital and scaled businesses including CodeCrew. Serves as Executive Board President at LITE Memphis.
Tawana Gardner – Lean Six Sigma subject matter expert, Master Black Belt, trainer and mentor. Author or articles including “Time to Stop” in Quality Progress Magazine, July 2022.
Lee Lambert – PMI “Living Legend” is considered throughout the world as one of the project management profession’s thought leaders. He has been spreading the PM word for over 50 years and was one of the Founders of the PMP.

Justin Cooper is Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Omnionix, Inc., a blockchain solution consultancy and development company. He is a technology professional with over 35 years’ experience in emerging and leading technologies. He has been involved in Blockchain & Crypto since 2014. He has held many IT leadership positions as a strategic planner strengthening the IT landscape for Fortune 100 companies, Fortune 500 companies, healthcare entities, financial entities, and internet consumer-to-consumer corporations, by extending and enhancing initiatives, objectives, and outcomes. He has managed virtual technology, IT, and data solutions for major corporations and small businesses, and delivers unique and strategic consulting, platform, advanced and technical services solutions to customers and partners worldwide.

Justin obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Computer Information Systems from the University of New Orleans. He is a Certified Blockchain Solutions Architect (CBSA), Certified Blockchain Project Manager (CBPM), and Certified Blockchain Consultant (CBC).
Justin also serves the Memphis Community as the Director of Technology at BlockChain901, LLC as well as the Memphis Chapter Leader of BUiLT International.
Attendees will earn 2 PDUs ways of working. Dinner will be served.
