Stacey A. Robinson

Stacey A. Robinson is a seasoned Business Systems and Quality Advisor at FedEx, playing a pivotal role within the Global Service Area Programs team to ensure seamless operations worldwide and uphold the Purple Promise. Since joining FedEx in 2016, Stacey has consistently made her mark, initially in the Sales department where she significantly contributed to enhancing FedEx Sales and customer experience. Her journey at FedEx continued as she transitioned to the FedEx Express team, where she played a key role in developing operational tools that heightened package visibility throughout the facilities. Subsequently, she brought her expertise to the FedEx Customer Experience team, contributing to the development of CSR reporting, Business Intelligence, and data analytics. Stacey’s exceptional contributions at FedEx have garnered well-deserved recognition, including accolades such as the Peer to Peer video award, IT Hall of Fame induction, Quality of Excellence acknowledgment, and the prestigious QDM Bronze Cup.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Aeronautical Science with a minor in Logistics, Stacey furthered her academic pursuits with a Master’s degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. This educational journey served as a catalyst for her passion for aviation. Not only is Stacey dedicated to continuous learning, but she has also earned certifications in Agility for Product Owner and Scrum Master. Additionally, she holds a certificate for Associate Project Manager (CAPM), showcasing her commitment to excellence and proficiency in project management.

Stacey A. Robinson’s professional journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and her significant contributions to the success of FedEx. In addition to her impressive professional achievements, Stacey A. Robinson is a multifaceted individual with a passion for diverse interests. Outside of her dynamic career at FedEx, Stacey finds solace and joy in two main hobbies: writing and horseback riding. As an avid writer, Stacey channels her creativity and thoughts into words, exploring the art of storytelling or perhaps expressing her insights in articles or journals. Writing serves as a therapeutic outlet and a means of self expression for her. Away from the written word, Stacey embraces the freedom and connection with nature that horseback riding provides. Whether it’s navigating scenic trails or engaging in equestrian activities, she finds a sense of tranquility and exhilaration in the company of these majestic animals. Stacey’s dedication to both her professional endeavors and personal passions exemplifies a harmonious balance in her life, reflecting a woman of substance who thrives in the pursuit of excellence both inside and outside the workplace.

About Us

The Memphis, Tennessee Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) was chartered in March of 1999 as a part of Region 14.  Region 14 consists of 19,852 members in South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Jamaica, and Trinidad/Tobago.  There are 24 chapters, ranging in size from 120 (Savannah and Columbus, GA Chapters) to 4864 (Atlanta Chapter).  Since the original charter date, the chapter has rapidly grown to a membership of over 500. Remember, all chapters exist for only one reason, to serve YOU, our members.

Membership

To become a member of the PMI Memphis Chapter, you must first become a member of the Project Management Institute. As you complete the primary PMI membership forms, you will be asked if you wish to join a local chapter; select the Memphis Chapter on the form (Note: there is a $20.00 fee to join the Chapter).
