Chandy Nail is currently consulting for Project Management. 

She has worked as the VP of Enterprise Shared Services for JuicePlus+ and Director of Planning since October 2020. 

She worked as a Sr. Manager, Build and Release teams for the Hilton.com, Mobile App, Property, Connected Room and Call Center Platforms. Leading the agile transformation across 30 teams. She also led the Release Train engineering process and streamlined the QA capabilities across the entire customer journey experience.

Chandy was previously a Vice President and Quality Assurance Program Manager with First Tennessee/ First Horizon National Corporation.  Her role included forming a Testing Center of Excellence program encompassing functional testing, test automation, load/performance testing and security testing ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle and executing the quality assurance management plan with a staff of quality analyst personnel for technology based projects that included new software and application development.  Chandy was with First Tennessee/First Horizon for 14 years serving in multiple roles from Business Process management and Project Manager. 

Chandy received her PMP in 2006 and has been an active member of the Project Management Institute since 2004.  In 2008, Chandy served as the Vice President of Education.  She was the President of the local chapter from 2009 to 2012 and 2017 to 2019. She is currently volunteering with PMI as a mentor for MIS3885 students in the undergraduate program for Project Management. 

Chandy is originally from Memphis, graduating from White Station High School and the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 1997.  She has 4 children, an amazing husband, and volunteers for outreach at her church Grace Celebration Lutheran.
