Happy New Year! As we step into 2026, my heart is full. I’m incredibly proud of everything we accomplished together in 2025, and I’m genuinely excited for the possibilities waiting for us in the year ahead. With a new board in place, we’re welcoming fresh perspectives, new energy, and the powerful strength that comes from diverse voices and leadership styles.
I want to express my deep gratitude to those who served in 2025. Your dedication, your time, and your belief in our mission shaped our success in ways that will carry forward for years to come.
This year, we are embracing a spirit of MORE—more value for your membership, more pathways to success, more communication, and more opportunities to grow and connect.
At the Global PMI Summit in November, we were given a call to action that resonated deeply with me: Maximize Project Success to Elevate Our World. It’s a challenge, an invitation, and a reminder of the impact we can make when we work with purpose.
As we build our 2026 Annual Strategic Plan, we will focus on three pillars of value:
1. Highlighting the New Membership Model (NMM) and the full range of tools and resources available to you through Global PMI
2. Creating meaningful opportunities for engagement—through education, networking, and volunteerism
3. Strengthening communication so you can stay informed and connected through our social media, website, and Newsletter
We are fortunate to have a remarkable team—new board members, returning leaders, and dedicated volunteers—each committed to giving you an outstanding experience. If you have ideas, hopes, or suggestions for how we can serve you better, please share them with any member of our team. Your voice truly matters.
I look forward to seeing you at our new Chapter Meeting and beginning this next chapter together.
May this new year bring you joy, peace, and success in every part of your life.

Hey PMI Memphis!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stepped up during the holiday season to support the FedExFamilyHouse! Your generosity truly made a real difference for families facing challenging times. From the wonderful toys donated for Santa’s Village to the essential pantry items and Amazon wish list contributions — every gift helped bring joy, comfort, and a sense of normalcy to parents and children staying at the House. 💜
Special shout-out to our very own Santa Dustin from PMI Memphis, who delivered your donations!
The team at FedExFamilyHouse expressed their deep gratitude for our chapter’s support, and it’s moments like these that show the powerful impact we can have when we come together as a community.
