David J. Johnson is an engineering and project management professional with over 20 years of experience across various industries. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he has held key roles at Marathon Oil, Honda, and ThyssenKrupp, leading major projects like a $65M flare manufacturing facility. With an MBA in Executive Leadership and certifications in Six Sigma and PMP, David currently serves as Site Integration Leader at Delta Faucet, where he focuses on optimizing processes and delivering value.
The presentation will explore how Agile principles can be applied to enhance flexibility, collaboration, and efficiency in manufacturing. It will emphasize the importance of iterative processes and customer focus to improve production responsiveness.
