Through facilitated discussion and guided networking, participants will explore how communication, collaboration, and reflection contribute to stronger project outcomes and professional growth. This session emphasizes interpersonal communication, active listening, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative learning, reinforcing essential power skills that project professionals use daily to lead teams, navigate change, and build strong professional relationships.
