📅April 2026 PMI Memphis Chapter Meeting | 💻 Technology, People, and Progress: Why Leadership Matters in IT Projects
Technology initiatives shape the way organizations operate, innovate, and serve their communities. However, successful IT projects are not only driven by technology, they are driven by strong leadership, collaboration, and people-centered strategies.
Join PMI Memphis for an engaging discussion with Kimberly Bailey, Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at LeMoyne-Owen College. Drawing from her experience leading technology modernization efforts across government, corporate, and higher education environments, Kimberly will share insights on how effective leadership drives successful IT projects and enables organizations to transform ideas into meaningful progress.
Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on how project managers and technology leaders work together to navigate complex initiatives, build high-performing teams, and ensure technology investments create measurable impact for organizations and communities.
