Topic: The Art of Servant Leadership in Leading Agile Teams

When trying to accomplish work through others, it is usually less effective to take a ‘do-it-or-else’ or ‘because-I-say-so’ approach. This online event will cover the art of servant leadership in leading agile teams towards producing desired outcomes. It will explore how to influence through trust, confidence, motivation, inspiration, enthusiasm, appreciation, and more while abiding by the 12 Principles of the Agile Manifesto. Attendees will engage in interactive exercises throughout the session.
