This workshop covers three core modules: AI Fundamentals for Project Managers, Prompts, Plans and Presentations — AI in Action, and Integrating AI Into Your Daily PM Workflow. In Module 1, you will learn what AI actually is — explained for non-technical professionals — and explore the leading platforms project managers are using today: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and more. You will understand how AI fits into the project management lifecycle across planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, and how to evaluate and trust what AI produces. AI ethics and professional responsibility are also covered — including when to use AI and when not to. Modules 2 and 3 are hands-on: you will build an AI-assisted project plan and presentation in class and leave with a personal AI workflow you can use the very next morning.
