Yes, I Trust You, You Go First

PMI Memphis is responding rapidly by the ever-changing dynamic posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. We have switch our chapter meetings and PMP Certification Prep offerings to web-conference format to ensure that attendees will have less risk of exposure to the virus. Meeting connection details will be sent to each registrant before the meeting. Chapter meeting fees are FREE for PMI Memphis members and $5.00 for non-members.

Sonja Mustiful, MS, ACC, CDTLF will be the guest speaker for the April 8 chapter meeting. She will present the topicYes, I Trust You-You Go First. Trust in a project management team typically serves two purposes. It allows you to focus on what you need to do without worrying about your security or safety. Trust, therefore, creates a distraction-free environment, which also has a positive impact on the general emotional and mental well-being of the people.  Sonja will guide those in attendance through an interactive session defining what TRUST is and what it isn't.
